Puzzles:
You may return an unopened puzzle in original packaging within 30-days of purchase for a complete refund. Returns will be issued by the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling charges. You may exchange within 60-days, unopened, in original packaging. No returns or exchanges after 60-days. Refunds/exchanges will go into effect once we receive your returned item at our store.

If you find there is a manufacturing problem with your puzzle (for example, missing pieces), please contact the manufacturer listed on the box. All of our puzzle vendors stand behind their products and will offer a replacement puzzle if you are not completely satisfied.
